This course will give a comprehensive understanding of how video can be successfully used in your real estate career. Agents and brokers will get a better understanding of video and how they can implement the medium in their business to not only showcase themselves as the market leader but also propel their level of professionalism in the market place.

Agents will learn the basics of video, where video is heading in the real estate industry, how/where/when to use it, the basics of editing and shooting, and how to look/sound/feel their best in front of the camera.

This hands on course is taught by broadcasting and production professionals with more than 35 years combined experience.

Video 102

This course will take you into true professional production and publishing of your real estate videos. You will be taught how to edit your raw video using state of the art software and technology, add vioce over and music to your videos and add graphic overlays to your videos.

If you truely want to take your real estate videos to the next level this course is a must.

 
Meet the Instructors
 
Tara Jones is an Emmy™ award winning journalist that has been in the broadcast television industry for 17 years. More than a decade has been reporting and anchoring across the country for ABC, NBC and CBS affiliates including the #1 television station in the country. In addition to her live, on-camera experience, Tara has worked extensively in the world of production scriptwriting, producing and serving as a spokesperson both in television and print media. Tara is also a licensed real estate agent and has now married her two careers into one with Reel Dwellings TV. As the co-owner and spokesperson for Reel Dwellings TV, Tara is able to showcase dozens of homes, communities and businesses throughout the country providing an innovative tool that gives unlimited exposure to agent’s listings, builder’s developments and business owner’s dreams.

 
TJ Hedges started his production career with a small a production group in Macon, Georgia. There he gained experience in running everything a small facility demands of a young producer including scripting, shooting and editing projects for Fox, ESPN, Engelhard Corporation, Cox Cable and CNN.

Moving to the Atlanta market in 1993, T. J. used his experience in StediCam to create a relationship with BellSouth Corporation where he contracted to provide production related materials highlighting their sponsorship of the 1996 Olympics, technology and NASCAR sponsorship.

Over the years he has provided creative skills for events including Major League Baseball’s NLCS and World Series, The Billy Graham Association, Cingular, ABC TV, UPS, Home Depot Corporation and many more. In addition, T.J. spent several years working and managing video projects in house for the Coca-Cola Corporation. During that time he produced video marketing tools including the relaunch of the Powerade brand, the worldwide launch of the Dasani Water, training tools for the Burger King partnership and Wendy's Corporation.

Currently T.J. directs a weekly television show, "The Kitchen Sink," for Atlanta based Gospel Music Channel. The show features music interviews and breaking news concerning the Contemporary Christian Music industry.
